The UK office is based in Watford, where they support around 50 employees, with additional teams overseas.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to take responsibility for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Watford office. You'll play a key role in supporting employees, coordinating office essentials, managing facilities, and assisting with HR administration. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys variety and has strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing office essentials (milk, fruit, snacks, refreshments) to support staff.

* Coordinating meeting logistics, including catering, booking meeting rooms, and handling travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars) for visiting clients and staff.

* Ensuring building facilities, leases, and multiple insurance policies (10-15 types) are up to date and compliant.

* Supporting HR with administrative tasks, such as new starter onboarding and employee records.

* Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day office needs, ensuring a welcoming and efficient working environment.

* Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth office operations.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a similar role.

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

* Experience with HR administration would be an advantage, though not essential.

* Someone reliable, professional, and able to create a positive office environment.
