RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, international manufacturer who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Blackburn to support the Head of Finance.

This Finance Manager role will be responsible for analysing the financial data to help with the strategic decision-making process.

Duties will include:

• Accurate and timely preparation of management accounts
• Analysing performance and commenting on variances to budget/forecast
• Identify and support cost control initiatives
• Monitor internal controls, financial policies and ensure compliance
• Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Assist with development and monitoring of KPIs
• Liaise with auditors as required

This Finance Manager role is able to offer study support for someone who is part way through their qualification (ACCA/CIMA) and is ideal for someone with experience within Manufacturing.
