The Customer Service and Marketing Representatives will be responsible for providing our customers with information in response to inquiries about our products and services and will handle and resolve complaints. They also will respond to the most commonly asked questions and abide by specific guidelines for dealing with requests or complaints.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
Relay product information to customers
Assist customers with their orders
Check status of orders and relay information to customers
Keep abreast of all new product information
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Advanced reading and writing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to verbally communicate clearly and succinctly
Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate paragraph
Must be service oriented
Familiarity with general office equipment expected
Attention to detail and accountability needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a professional and pleasant phone demeanor required
The ability to be flexible, multi-task and work effectively in a team environment is required
Must be willing to learn and understand the company processes and procedures and have the ability to effectively explain to customers
Great attendance is crucial
