Role: AdministratorLocation: West MallingHours: Monday to Friday 8am until 5pmSalary: £28,500 per annum + BenefitsWe are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based in West Malling on a permanent contract.Duties:- Scheduling the service and maintenance of existing vehicles and machinery on site.- Inputting information into the company's database, ensuring these remain up to date at all times.- Liaising with drivers for bookings and any other information required. - Undertaking other general administration responsibilities.- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.Ideal Candidate: - Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or customer service role.- Experience working within the commercial vehicle sector would be advantageous but not essential.- Full UK Driving licence with access to a vehicle due to the rural location.- Excellent IT Skills, including MS Office.- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.- Driven, hardworking attitude and keen to learn new skills.At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
