Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting Electrician for a Permanent role. This role will be working within social housing properties covering the Birmimgham area.

The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

All candidates must have a Full Clean Driving Licence and relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical circuits for boilers and heating systems.

Connect and test control panels, thermostats, sensors, and safety devices.

*

Troubleshoot and replace faulty wiring, fuses, and components.

*

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and electrical codes.

*

Collaborate with HVAC/boiler technicians and advise clients on safe operation.

Requirements:

*

Certified electrician with experience in heating systems or boiler installations.

*

Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations.

*

Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 3 with AM2

* C&G 18th Edition

* Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

* Experience working in Social Housing

Package:

* Company Van and Fuel Card Provided

* Permanent Role

Schedule:

* 40 hours per week

* Monday to Friday
