V7 are working with a close client in the Water Industry who due to exponential growth are looking for Senior Hydraulic Modellers to join the Team.

On offer is a salary of £44,000-£54,000 plus benefits and excellent progression opportunities.

The Role:
As a Senior Modeller, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality modelling solutions for a range of projects across the clean water and wastewater sectors. You'll support planning, design, and operational decision-making using advanced modelling tools and hydrological analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis.

* Develop wastewater solutions through outline and detailed design.

* Ensure quality outputs and compliance with standards and governance requirements.

* Lead a team to maintain strong client relationships and manage project team members.

* Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes for efficiency and innovation.

About You:

* Experience in urban drainage projects, hydraulic modelling and solution development.

* Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM.

* Strong knowledge of water industry regulations and legislation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint.

* Familiarity with GIS systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS) and tools like FME, Optimatics, or Python is a plus.
