Construo Recruitment is working with a well-established construction company to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a range of exciting schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage project costs and budgets

* Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants

* Monitor financial progress and risk

* Ensure cost control from pre-construction through to completion

Requirements:

* Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)

* Excellent communication and commercial skills

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

* Ability to work both independently and within a team
