Ocho have been exclusively engaged to recruit an experienced IT Networking/Security Engineer for a leading manufacturer based in Antrim. This hands-on role will see you play a key part in maintaining and improving the stability, performance, and security of their IT network and systems during a period of transition and increased project activity.

You'll support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall infrastructure, manage SD-WAN and VPN connections, and assist with configuration, upgrades, and documentation of network systems. You'll also contribute to major infrastructure and security improvement projects covering Wi-Fi, firewall, endpoint security, and cloud environments.

We're looking for someone with proven network administration experience, a strong understanding of networking protocols and cybersecurity principles, and hands-on knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365. Experience ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and GDPR standards will be highly regarded.
