A specialist contaminated land and hydrogeology team is seeking a Senior Hydrogeologist to support projects across water resources, land development and landfill sectors. As a Senior Hydrogeologist, you will lead projects from inception through to completion while strengthening client relationships and supporting team growth.

This Senior Hydrogeologist role combines hands-on hydrogeological assessment with groundwater modelling, risk evaluation and strategic input. Flexible hybrid working is available alongside a strong Shrewsbury base.

Key responsibilities
* Manage hydrogeology projects and client relationships
* Develop conceptual site models and groundwater models
* Interpret datasets and deliver robust technical advice
* Prepare and review reports aligned with legislation
* Mentor junior staff and support professional development
* Contribute to business development within your specialism

Candidate requirements
* Chartered status with relevant professional body
* Degree in Hydrogeology or related discipline
* Strong field monitoring and sampling experience
* Experience with analytical and numerical groundwater models
* Confident stakeholder and project management skills
