* Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.

* Proficiency in surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing techniques.

* Familiarity with spray-painting equipment and different types of paints and coatings.

* Manual dexterity - steady hands and good hand-eye coordination.

* Time management - ability to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

* Knowledge of materials and tools - including rollers, brushes, sanders, and sprayers.

* Asbestos awareness - advantageous

* Own equipment - whites, brushes etc
