📍 North West England (Fully Remote)
💰 £275 per day

We're currently supporting a local authority in the North West in the search for 10 SEND EHCP Officers to join their team on a fully remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring high-quality, person-centred Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are delivered.

🧩 The Role

As a SEND EHCP Officer, you'll manage the full end-to-end EHCP process, working across allocated educational settings. You'll be responsible for producing and maintaining high-quality plans while working closely with families, schools, and multi-agency partners.

Your work will directly contribute to improving outcomes and supporting young people in preparing for adulthood.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Manage a caseload of EHCPs, including assessment, drafting, reviews, and amendments

* Produce high-quality, person-centred EHCPs in line with statutory guidance

* Work collaboratively with families, SENCOs, and multi-agency professionals

* Attend and contribute to reviews and planning meetings

* Ensure all casework is completed within statutory timescales

* Analyse and interpret professional reports to identify appropriate provision

* Maintain accurate records and use systems to track and monitor progress

* Support dispute resolution processes, including mediation where required

* Contribute to service improvements and SEND best practice

✅ What We're Looking For

* Strong experience working within SEND and EHCP processes

* Excellent understanding of SEND legislation and statutory requirements

* Experience working with children, families, and multi-agency partners

* Ability to manage a complex caseload independently

* Strong report writing and analytical skills

* Confident communicator with a person-centred approach

* Experience using case management and tracking systems
