Quantity Surveyor
Location: Portsmouth
Office and on-site (live projects)
Salary: £40-£55k

Working directly with the leadership team, you'll manage 4-5 projects a month (typically around £500k each) and have real influence on how things are delivered.

What you'll do:

Lead cost management across multiple live projects

Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts

*

Work closely with loyal clients and trusted subcontractors

*

Input directly into project decisions and commercial strategy

What you'll need:

Experience in a QS or Assistant QS role - ideally on fit-out and refurbishment projects

Solid understanding of cost planning, valuations and commercial reporting

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships
