The Role

We are looking for a passionate and committed Science Teacher who can deliver engaging, well-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.You will play a key role in inspiring students, monitoring progress, and contributing to the ongoing success of the Science department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a broad, balanced, and engaging Science curriculum for KS3–KS4. 
  • Support and monitor student progress, engagement, and development. 
  • Create a positive, focused classroom environment that promotes rapid learning.
  • Contribute to raising standards of teaching and attainment across the department.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, well-established team.

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
  • A reflective, proactive teaching approach
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality lessons from day one
