Do you have a passion for making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people? Are you ready to take the next step in your care career and lead with compassion, consistency, and purpose?

NonStop are currently partnering with a client in the North West who provide safe, stable, and trauma-informed residential environments for young people aged 11-18 who have experienced adversity. As a Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of a close-knit, supportive team, helping to shape each young person's future with dignity, care, and resilience.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead shifts and guide support workers with confidence and empathy, ensuring that day-to-day care is delivered to the highest standards while promoting independence, emotional well-being, and life skills. You'll work alongside experienced managers who will invest in your growth, offering hands-on mentoring, structured training, and a clear pathway to further leadership.

You'll play an active role in reviewing care plans, promoting safeguarding, and building therapeutic relationships that empower young people to move forward positively. With competitive pay, enhancement bonuses for sleep-ins and on-call work, and a clear development track, this is more than just a job, it's a career where your dedication truly matters.

What we're looking for:
Experience working with children or young people in residential or specialist settings
Confidence in handling challenging behaviour and leading by example under pressure
Clear communication, accurate report writing, and knowledge of safeguarding
A strong commitment to person-centred care, inclusion, and emotional support
