Prosperity Housing Group Ltd is a CQC registered supported living service based in The London borough of Redbridge. We provide a unique combination of personalised care, support and housing solutions for adults with learning disabilities, sensory Impairment, autism and mental health, eating disorders and personality disorders.

We desire a Registered Manager who is great at building relationships with the local community, commissioners, building teams, forward thinking and innovative who strives to ensure that documentation and staff trainings are up to date.

WE WOULD REQUIRE A RM FOR CQC INTERVIEW -JOB POSTION SECURED WITH AN INCENTIVE FOR PASSING. WILL HAVE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL CARE, MANAGING STAFF, LEGISLATION & COMPLIANCE.

Our Supported Living provision is outcome focused with the aim of improved independence and social inclusion. We adopt a person centred approach whereby the personal needs and goals of the people we support are at the centre of everything we do. We have a robust transitional plan in place to ensure that care for our service users is seamless. Care plans are individualised and person centred. This is the heart and centre of our provision.

All service users have separate tenancy agreements and service user care agreements.

This manager's role is exciting as it allows the right person to be involved in opening up new homes and achieve quick career progression.

Essential:

* Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care

* Experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and mental health needs

* Developing strong strategic relationships with policy and decision makers and other senior managers in commissioning bodies

* CQC knowledge and previous ratings of good/outstanding

* Day to day running of the home

* At least 24 months registered manager experience

* Staff supervision

* Recruitment

* Budget management

* Day to day running of the home

* Implementing policies procedures

* Tendering for new contracts experience
