Product Operations / Project Analyst

£350 – £400 per day (Inside IR35)

Remote / 1 day a fortnight in Yorkshire.

We’re looking for a Project Analyst / Product Analyst / PMO Analyst to support a Principal Product Manager and wider product team.

This role sits at the centre of product operations - helping track delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and turn discussions into clear outputs and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Capture minutes, actions and decisions from product forums and leadership meetings

Track and follow up on actions across teams

Prepare high-quality PowerPoint packs for product and leadership discussions

Gather and analyse data using Excel and SQL

Support analysis work within Databricks where required

Maintain clear documentation of product decisions and delivery progress

Skills Required

Experience in a Project Analyst / Product Analyst / PMO Analyst role

Strong organisation and stakeholder coordination skills

Advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL

Strong PowerPoint and documentation skills

Confident engaging with senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

Product, data or technology environment experience.
