About the Role:

As the Mechanical Supervisor, you'll oversee all mechanical installations, ensuring quality, safety, and project milestones are achieved. You'll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and site management to deliver high standards across HVAC, plumbing, and other key mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day mechanical operations on site

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of mechanical packages

*

Conduct inspections and quality checks

*

Ensure all work complies with health & safety and building regulations

*

Report progress to the site/project manager

*

Resolve technical issues and contribute to project planning

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects

*

Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, pipework, etc.)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS certification

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
