Our client based in Spalding is looking for a Spanish speaking Administrator

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To assist with the maintenance and development of profitable business on an annual basis with customers and suppliers, ensuring the timely ongoing supply of product at all times to meet the business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To support the relevant Business Unit in building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers by the timely supply of information related to supply and demand requirements and the feedback of sales and net returns.
2.Weekly Planning & Sourcing, including, but not limited to:
 Interpreting and acting on intake information (QC inspection, volume vs departure advice, temperature on arrival).
 Communicating quality information back to growers/ suppliers.
 Transmitting quality claims back to growers/ suppliers.
 Coordinating internal communication.
 Ensuring stock management/ rotation.
 Pre-allocating stock and communicating with the packhouse.
 Participating in customer-specific Quality Projects.
 Identifying and implementing efficiency measures.
3.To provide assistance with financial reporting to suppliers in accordance with guidelines and in line with recognised rules and procedures to ensure that 1) necessary management information is available and 2) target gross margins are achieved, controlling consignment costs and seeking payment authorisation as required.
4.To liaise with Administration and Logistics personnel to ensure that they are advised in good time of matters that will affect the smooth running and trouble-free supply of product.
5.To undertake any training deemed necessary to meet the Company's and personal performance and development requirements.
6.To be able to provide cover for other members of the team as and when required.
7.To perform any such duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the business as a whole.
8.To ensure personnel procedures (e.g. reporting absences, completing holiday/ sickness/ absence forms, etc.) are followed at all times within set timescales.
9.To ensure all of the company's policies and procedures are enforced, including those relating to computing, health and safety (including reporting accidents and incidents), fire, hygiene, protective clothing, employment of disabled people, discrimination, data protection, smoking, nuts and personal medicines.
