Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to see out the final phases of a development in Middlesbrough.

The successful candidate will of worked for a regional or national house builder, worked within NHBC regs and be willing to commit for the next 5 months.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Customer Care

* Preparing plots for CML & Customers moving in

* H&S

* Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks

* Managing a number of sub-contractors

* Managing finishing trades

* Home demo's

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS and CSCS Card, along with the relevant house building experience mentioned above.
