Senior Employee Benefits ConsultantLocation: ManchesterSalary: £60,000 – £75,000 (DOE) + 22.5% bonus + £5,000 car allowance + full benefitsThe OpportunityWe’re working with a highly respected and people-focused Employee Benefits consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join their tight-knit and collaborative team.You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio, with the opportunity to grow and shape the future of the Risk, Healthcare, and Corporate Benefits offering.What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and developing an existing book of business across Risk, Healthcare, and Corporate Benefits.
• Driving 10% annual portfolio growth, focusing on both client retention and new business.
• Acting as a trusted adviser, delivering genuine consultancy – not just sales.
• Building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for added value.
• Collaborating closely with a non-hierarchical, supportive team that values culture, engagement, and working together.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant, with strong expertise in Risk and Healthcare.
• Professional qualifications preferred, but study support is available if not yet completed.
• A relationship-builder who is values-driven, collaborative, and culturally aligned.
