Our well established client based in Biggleswade are looking for an additional HR assistant to join their ever growing team.
This would suit someone who has some experience within HR or eager to get into this.
Temporary-Permanent basis, Monday-Friday 8:00-17:30
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing all HR administration to include absence management.
- Issue new starter contracts & process leavers paperwork.
- Maintain employee records & files.
- Liaise with employment agencies to arrange Interviews.
- Managing holiday requests, rotas, calendars & diaries.
- Dealing with day to day staff issues.
- Daily running & updating of reports
- Courier claims
- Diary Management for all meeting rooms
- Checking & ordering Stationary, meeting room consumables
- To undertake any additional admin duties as required.
- General office duties
