This is a great opportunity to join an established architectural practice who work on a wide range of projects across the West Midlands. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to work on a range of residential projects for their Birmingham team.

Daily Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Produce drawing packages using AutoCAD independently
• Manage residential projects from inception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• collaborate alongside consultants, contractors, and clients
• manage workload efficiently and independently
• carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• CIAT Registered or working towards membership would be advantageous
• Good relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist would be desirable
• Background managing projects within the residential sector
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience
• Strong technical and design skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area
