Registered Home Manager / RGN
We are currenly recruiting for a Registered Home Manager / RGN for a 49 bed care home in the Newport Gwent area.
Principle Duties.
* Meet all regulatory and national standards
* Conduct the home in such a way as to not bring the home or its residents into disrepute, maintain confidentiallity rearding all aspects of the home.
* Maintain home policies and procedures including Health & Safety for all staff & residents.
* Staff training
* Record keepig and updating
* Identify the learning needs of the residents and staff providing ongoing assessments.
* Prepare staff rotas.
* Arrange and chair staff and resident meetings.
* Manage complaints in a sensitive manner.
* Supervise admissions.
* Ensure full bed occupancy.
* Stock controls
* Consider budget & finance constraints.
* Develop team work.
* Uphold public trust in in nursing & social care standards.

Driving licence
