The Orthodontic Company is looking for an additional person to join their friendly Customer Service team of 4 in providing first class customer service to existing and potential clients. Duties include answering the telephone, taking and processing orders, helping customers with enquiries and providing product information in addition to general administration duties.You will already be experienced in customer services and order processing, be customer focussed and have an excellent telephone manner.
TOC is an established independent company over 25 years and sells a wide range of orthodontic and specialist dental products to Orthodontists, Dentists, Laboratories and Hospitals to enable them to treat patients with braces. This is an interesting position learning about the various products used in orthodontic treatment which will help you advise dental nurses and clinicians over the telephone. Full product training will be given however due to the size of the range and the technical nature you need to be a fast learner with the ability to absorb a lot of information.
Based in Avonmouth Village, TOC is conveniently situated off the M5 junction 18 with excellent train and bus links close by.
Hours 9-5, Mon-Fri
