We're growing our teams at The Gulf in Fort Walton Beach, FL and Orange Beach, AL and at The Hangout in gorgeous Gulf Shores, AL.
Chef Wesley graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at highly acclaimed kitchens, such as the Danube and Mesa Grill, as well as leading the culinary team at The Optimist, before returning to his roots in Alabama. He was nominated for a James Beard Award, recognized for AAA four diamond award, was a Top Chef Season 13 contestant, and has been featured in publications such as Garden & Gun and Southern Living.
Chef Marcus graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked closely with Chefs Ming Sai and George Perrier, among others. He took part in Oscars catering, the Kentucky Derby, and an NFL Pro-Bowl VIP event, in addition to several high profile Disney events. He has worked at The Chelsea Hotel Prime Steakhouse, Rothmans Group, and LEVY Sports and Entertainment in Orlando.
