We are a local Fire, Smoke and Water Damage Restoration Company serving our surrounding communities. We are currently seeking a motivated, hardworking Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Strong telephone skills
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Quickbooks experience helpful.
Strong PC skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
The ability to handle multiple priorities
Personable and flexible as they would be performing duties for multiple departments
Independent and willing personality capable of seeing issues and projects to resolution or completion
Bi-lingual a plus but not necessary
Property Insurance and construction background helpful
Selected duties to include:
Answer all incoming calls
Assist all Project Managers and Office Manager in daily tasks
Generate and maintain various reports
