Position Overview: As a Mechanical Supervisor in the water sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of mechanical projects related to water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management. You will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in water treatment plants, pumping stations, and distribution networks.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and best practices.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute mechanical upgrades, retrofits, and expansion projects.
Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement activities as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team.

SSSTS / SMSTS
Mechanical NVQ
Drivers License and Transport
EUSR Card - Not essential
