Order stock
Rotate stock
Train staff
Hands-on role
Till work
Update prices
Follow company policies and procedures
Create menus
Follow health and safety; promote health and safety as a top priorityPerson specification / requirements:

Mass catering experience (essential)
Working in a subsidised canteen (desirable / essential)
Level 3 food hygiene certificate (essential)
Leader / management experience
Ability to work on own initiative in a structured, logical approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
