Location: Birmingham

Salary: £42,000 - £47,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading architectural practices, renowned for delivering high-quality urban design, interiors, and masterplanning services across the residential, healthcare, and education sectors. Their Birmingham studio is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Job Runner to lead a series of healthcare projects through all design and delivery stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare projects from concept to completion

• Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications

• Undertake regular site visits to ensure design quality and compliance

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience:

• ARB or CIAT accredited

• Part 3 qualified, or a degree in Architectural Technology

• Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based architectural practice

• Strong job-running experience across multiple project stages

• Proficiency in Revit is essential

• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable

• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

• Must be within a commutable distance to the Birmingham studio
