We are seeking a dedicated Town Planner to join a well-established consultancy based in Bedford.This firm specialises in providing comprehensive planning and development services, particularly within the bereavement sector, including cemeteries and crematoria. ?

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage planning applications from inception to approval.?

• Provide strategic planning advice to clients.?

• Engage with stakeholders and local authorities.?

• Prepare detailed planning reports and statements.?

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects.?

About You:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field.?

• Experience in town planning, preferably within the private sector.?

• Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and policies.?

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.?

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.?
