Dee View Court Neurological Care Centre is a specialist neurological service in Aberdeen, providing expert neurorehabilitation and long term care for 44 residents with complex needs. The home offers a clinically led yet homely environment, where a skilled multidisciplinary team supports individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions to maximise independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Healthcare Assistant Day Shift and Night Shift
- £13.45 per hour
- Full time and part time hours available
- Day shifts and night shifts available
- Paid PVG, pension scheme, uniform provided
- Free onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will deliver high quality, person centred care to residents with complex neurological needs. You will support individuals with personal care, mobility and daily routines while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
You will build strong relationships with residents, offering reassurance, encouragement and consistent support within a calm and structured environment. Your role will contribute to rehabilitation goals and help individuals maintain or regain independence wherever possible.
You will work closely with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, following care plans and maintaining accurate records to ensure safe and effective care delivery. For those working night shifts, an initial period on day shifts will be required to complete training and competency assessments before transitioning to nights.
This role is open to both experienced care professionals and those new to care who are willing to learn and develop within a specialist environment.
