Job Purpose

Lead the Westbury Express store from a standing start and mobilise team in support of strategic intent.  Provision of an exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Managing customer collections and logistical operations of store including the facilitation of home deliveries
  • Facilitate customers selling car or vans direct
  • Lead customer experience including handling customer service issues
  • Ensure added value products are offered and presented consistently
  • Lead team to meet and exceed customer experience targets
  • Support growing volumes
  • Establish, lead and motivate team

  • Degree or equivalent in business management, logistics or hospitality
  • Demonstrable experience gained from leading within an excellent customer service environment
  • Ability to translate a vision to practical roadmap to growth
  • Experience having worked within a start-up or small enterprise that has scaled
  • Experience of building and creating a team from a standing start
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and flex resources to deliver results.
  • Willing to adopt a hands-on approach and assist others as required
  • hold a full driving licence.
