Role Details:
Location: Milton Keynes (Sapphire House, office-based)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: £27,250 progression opportunities
Contract: 12 months FTC

The Role:
Scheduling works and supporting both operatives and residents. You'll be responsible for keeping diaries full, managing emergencies, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and allocate daily work for up to 20 operatives
Manage emergencies and ensure targets are met
Respond to variations and arrange supervisor inspections
Provide excellent customer service to clients and residents
Work within a team to achieve daily and weekly allocation targetsWhat We're Looking For:

Experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, or a similar environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
