The day to day commercial management of the contract as assigned to include pre start inspections, work in progress monitoring, post inspection, site measurement, valuations, cost modeling & forecasting, invoicing, cost reconciliation and supply chain procurement & management along with all reporting responsibility.

esponsible for all pre & post inspections for work elements assigned.
Responsible for agreeing and allocating work to subcontractors & MD staff monitoring & signing off completed properties.
Responsible for managing variations between subcontractors, MD & the client prior to work starting or during work as required, supported by site inspections to validate the variation request.
Procurement & management of subcontractors supported by the Contract Manager.
Ensuring timely and accurate composition and production of applications, invoices, and final accounts.
Management of the commercial reporting for the contract assigned to you; monthly reporting to SMT & Board as required.
Ensure that all jobs' costs are charged correctly including, timesheets, purchase invoices and subcontractor costs.
Liaise with clients both internal and external in relation to your contract prepare, produce, and present all required reports and documentation as requested.
Responsible for the preparation and collation of forecasts working with the Contract Manager & Operations Manager.
