Job Description: Wet Room floor layer with Flexible Availability and Vehicle

Must be able to install Cap and Cove Wet room floors.

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesman/Wet Room Floorer. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with expertise in various trades, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills. This role requires flexibility in terms of availability and the possession of a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities:

* Perform a wide range of skilled tasks across various trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and general maintenance.

* Diagnose and repair issues in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

* Handle installation, maintenance, and repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.

* Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects effectively and efficiently.

* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering recommendations for improvements.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and within the company vehicle.

* Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

* Keep up-to-date records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

* Troubleshoot problems as they arise and implement creative solutions to ensure project progress.

* Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices related to various trades.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman, demonstrating competence in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges on job sites.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.

* Flexible availability to accommodate varying work schedules, including weekends and evenings.

* Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to different job sites.

* Physical fitness to handle the demands of manual labor and working in various environments.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating effectively.

* Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

* Trade certifications or licenses are a plus, but not mandatory.
