Regional Onboarding Manager - Home Care Franchises

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car

We're recruiting an experienced and organised Regional Onboarding Manager to support the growth and development of Home Care Franchise services across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting new franchise partners and ensuring successful service launches.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support new franchise owners through the onboarding and setup process
-Provide guidance on compliance, operations, and service delivery
-Ensure services are prepared for CQC registration and regulatory requirements
-Work closely with franchise partners to support successful launches
-Deliver onboarding training and operational support
-Monitor progress and ensure franchise standards are maintained

Ideal Candidate:
-Experience within Home Care, Domiciliary Care, or Franchise support
-Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
-Excellent organisational and communication skills
-Confident delivering training and onboarding support
-Ability to manage multiple projects and franchise relationships
