The Resident Monitor is responsible for providing client assistance in daily living, transportation, crisis intervention and other services to assist the client in the treatment process. The Resident Monitor will report directly to the Clinical Director. This is a non-exempt position with hours and schedule established to meet client needs; days, evening and weekend hours will be required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision and values of New Day Recovery.
Attend to the needs of the clientele while assisting their engagement in daily living.
Respond and interact with clients and staff professionally, treating them with respect and dignity.
Provide transportation services to clientele as authorized and as assigned.
Assist with Client Intakes
New Day Recovery operates withdrawal management and residential treatment programs with locations in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbia Counties.
