You'll be getting your hands gloriously dirty while fixing, fiddling, and Frankensteining everything from rebellious motors to grumpy gearboxes. Whether you're in our magical fix-it lair (a.k.a. the workshop) or out in the field pretending you're on an episode of Industrial Rescue Rangers, you'll be upholding the sacred laws of health, safety, and common sense.
The Hero's Quest (Key Responsibilities)
Obey the laws of the land (aka company HSEQ policies) or face the wrath of the Clipboard Wielder.
Disassemble machines with the grace of a surgeon and the joy of a curious child.
Clean, buff, and pamper components like they're heading to prom.
Rebuild stuff so good, the machines start crying with gratitude. Balance rotors like you're spinning pizza dough.
Create legendary job reports and time records that make sense (and don't require cryptographers to decode).
Occasionally step into the role of workshop superhero or on-site savior.
Be part of the sacred rota of “on call,” “overtime,” and “shift work” — like a mechanical Batman.

Must-Have Wizardry (Qualifications & Experience)
You've been trained, certified, or born with the power to rewind, repair, and resurrect electric things (apprenticeship, NVQ, or battle-hardened experience all count).
You understand what the machines do. That's helpful.
Magical Skills Required
Can wield calipers and micrometers like a ninja wields nunchucks.
Expert in the ancient art of "take it apart, fix it, put it back together correctly."
Eyes like a hawk for final inspections.
Team player with Sherlock Holmes-level problem-solving skills.
