Job description:

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading Parcel Courier client based in the Nuneaton area.

Days Worked: Monday to Friday
Shifts: 4am till 2pm
Pay Rate: From £12.21per hour PAYE
Location: Nuneaton, CV10 area

Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate

The role:

* Sorting and organising parcels ready for delivery.

* Using scanners, conveyors, and warehouse equipment to keep things moving.

* Checking labels and routes to make sure parcels go to the right destination.

* Helping with loading and unloading vehicles.

* Spotting damaged parcels and following the right process.

* Working as part of a supportive team to hit targets and keep things running smoothly.

* Keeping your work area clean, safe, and efficient.

Requirements:

* Warehouse, logistics, or parcel sorting experience is great - but not essential!

* You're comfortable on your feet and can lift parcels of different weights.

* A strong eye for detail - you'll make sure parcels are labelled and sorted correctly.

* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* A real team player with good communication skills.

* Reliable, with flexibility for overtime if needed.

* Access to reliable transport to get to the warehouse.
