Adult Nurse Manager - Community Complex Care | South London | Up to £45,000 + BenefitsAre you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for delivering high-quality care in the community? We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Adult Nurse Manager to join a respected and expanding healthcare provider specialising in complex adult care.

This is a rewarding opportunity to lead care delivery across South London, supporting individuals with complex clinical needs while mentoring a team of carers and building strong partnerships with families and health professionals.

What's on offer:
Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hybrid working model - 1 day from home, 4 days in the community
Monday to Friday hours (9am-5pm) - no evenings, nights or weekends
33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Key responsibilities - Adult Nurse Manager:
Develop and oversee tailored care plans that reflect each client's unique needs
Provide clinical assessments, nursing interventions, and medication management
Train, mentor and supervise a team of carers to ensure delivery of safe, person-centred care
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Work closely with CHC nurses, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care packages

What we're looking for:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Hands-on experience in tracheostomy care and ventilator support within the last 2 years
Leadership qualities and team management experience (suitable for Band 5 or Band 6 nurses)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A full UK driving licence is desirable, though not essential
