Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy dealership in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience within the motor trade to join a successful and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.

*

Booking vehicles into the workshop and organising the service schedule.

*

Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle throughout the day.

*

Liaising with the workshop team and technicians regarding work required.

*

Upselling additional work, services, or products where appropriate.

*

Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated administration.

*

Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.

*

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

*

Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.

*

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

*

A professional and positive attitude.

*

Full UK driving licence.
