The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive SEMH school in Westminster on a full-time, long-term basis starting this September. As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll support students aged 11-16 with social, emotional and behavioural needs, working closely with the pastoral team and teaching staff to manage behaviour and improve emotional regulation. You'll work both 1:1 and with small groups, using mentoring, interventions and positive behaviour strategies to re-engage pupils in their learning.
