The role is based in Sheffield with hybrid working and offers a broad scope of responsibility across AML, sanctions, and risk assessments.  What’s in It for You?

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client due diligence (CDD) on new and existing clients and matters.
  • Assess risk related to jurisdictions, activities, and legal/regulatory context.
  • Carry out screening for PEPs, sanctions, and reputational issues through company search tools.
  • Own the full AML workflow process, escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Maintain and update client information in internal finance systems.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff and fee earners on compliance queries and processes.
About You
  • Experience in an AML, compliance, or risk role—preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator with practical problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of AML frameworks and client onboarding procedures.
