Rent Recovery Officer

- Initial 2 month contract

- Day rate up to £180

- Hybrid role with office in Twickenham, South West London

A reputable organisation based in South West London is looking for an experience Rent Recovery Officer for an initila 2 month contract. This role will be responsible for;

- Analysing rent arrears cases and take appropriate action

- Income collection

- Engage with customers to find workable solutions to rent arrears 

- Dealing with telephone queries 

- Preparing legal paperwork and claims

To be consoidered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:

- Strong IT skills - ideally with Dynamics 365, CRM systems and RentSense

- Solid background in rent, sales or debt collection

- Ability to prepare legal documentation

- Strong customer service skills

- Exposure to social housing sector
