Financial Difficulties Administrator
My well established client is a leading credit provider who specialises in debt purchasing.
The main duties of the role are as follows;
- Negotiating payment plans with customers
- Following up on the payment plans in set
- Ensuring customers are happy with the amount they are paying back
- Updating the data base with customer's personal info
- Completing general office duties
This role requires excellent customer service skills. MUST pass a credit check and a full DBS background check.
