Responsibilities in your new role as Senior CDP

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will prepare, cook, and plate dishes following established recipes and standards, ensuring every plate is a masterpiece. You will assist in the development of innovative new menu items while maintaining a clean and organised workstation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the kitchen teams and supporting the Head Chef across all kitchens in the hotel facilities. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met, ensure wastage is kept to a minimum by implementing preventative measures. You will get the chance to mentor and oversee Commis Chefs

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, ideally with a culinary degree or relevant certification. You should possess strong knowledge of cooking techniques and principles, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, alongside a passion for food and an eagerness to grow your career. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes is what will set you apart as our ideal candidate.
