No2 Site Manager Required!!

Pay: £240 per day

Site manager - Refurb accommodation block

Location: Leicester

Duration: 1 Year

Start Date: 30/03/2026

One of our established clients are currently looking for a #2 site manager to oversee the refurbishment of a accommodation block in Leicester. You will be working under the senior site manager, proactively overseeing tradesmen and H&S.

The right person will also have a good understanding of H&S, overseeing tradesmen, customer relations, ensuring the project is on track for completion.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing sub-contractors

- IT literate

- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed

- Inductions

- Proactively going around site

The right candidate will have the following:

- SMSTS

- First aid at work

- CSCS Card

We are looking for the right person to start 30/03/2026.
