Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join one of our partner fantastic nurseries and early years centres in South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional looking to further their career in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The Role:

As an EYFS practitioner, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years

Delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework

Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Supporting with planning, observations, and assessments

Requirements:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable (Level 2 is essential)

Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
