This is your chance to step into a warm desk and make an immediate impact by managing recruitment delivery for one of the largest Hydraulics service companies in the world - a major player in the automotive manufacturing sector.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our friendly and fast-paced team based in South Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment, resourcing, or account management, particularly within the industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Take full ownership of a key account within the automotive manufacturing space

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding

* Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and skilled roles

* Maintain accurate records, job specs, and candidate pipelines

* Deliver exceptional service levels in line with client SLAs

* Identify opportunities to grow the account and provide added value

What We're Looking For

* Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or account management (in-house or agency)

* Strong understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sector (automotive experience is a bonus)

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines

* Confidence using recruitment systems and job boards

* A team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
