Cover Supervisors and Teachers (QTS) –Maidstone | New Line Learning & Cornwallis Secondary Schools

Pay: £98 to £163 per day (aligned with teacher union guidance)

Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and teachers with QTS to provide general cover at New Line Learning and Cornwallis, two well-established secondary schools in the Maidstone area.

This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for candidates with proven experience or qualifications in secondary schools who are confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment. Both Cover Supervisors and teachers will supervise classes and deliver pre-set work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work 
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, supply teacher, or teacher
• Secondary school experience
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
